License terms
1. Who owns it. The Speakers Booking Vault, including all templates, scripts, playbooks, checklists, training videos, and instructions (the "Materials"), is owned by Computerize U-II, doing business as Ask Regina Baker ("Licensor"). You are buying a license to use the Materials. You are not buying the Materials themselves or any ownership rights in them.
2. Who the license covers. This license is granted to one speaker and one speaking business (the "Licensee"), named at purchase. The Licensee may share the Materials with assistants, managers, and staff who work for that speaking business ("Authorized Team Members"), but only for work done for that business.
3. What you can do.
- Use the Materials to run the Licensee's own speaking business
- Edit and customize the editable templates for the Licensee's own clients and events
- Send customized documents (contracts, invoices, emails, questionnaires) to the Licensee's own clients, bureaus, and event planners as part of normal business
- Load the Materials into the Licensee's own systems, including eSpeakers, SpeakerFlow, Talkadot, or another CRM
4. What you cannot do.
- Share, sell, give away, or post the Materials, in whole or in part, outside the Licensee's speaking business
- Use the Materials for any other speaker, client, or business, including clients of an Authorized Team Member
- Teach, package, or resell the Materials or anything built from them as your own product, course, or service
- Remove or change the copyright or license footer on any document
- Share login access to the Vault portal with anyone who is not an Authorized Team Member
5. Purchase options.
- Booking Vault License: Materials, playbook, eSpeakers / SpeakerFlow / Talkadot training, first year of access and updates. $2,997, or 6 monthly payments of $527.
- License + Implementation: Everything above, plus two 90-minute sessions with Licensor walking the speaker and team through setup. $3,997, or 6 monthly payments of $697.
- Annual Renewal (starts year two): Continued access and updates for one more year. $497 / year.
Implementation sessions must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions expire and are not refunded.
5a. Payment plans. Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full amount. It is not a monthly membership and cannot be cancelled after the first payment. The Materials are released in stages over the six months, and the full Vault unlocks once the final payment clears. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, portal access is paused until the account is current, and the remaining balance is still owed.
6. No refunds. Because the Materials are delivered digitally and access is immediate, all sales are final.
Annual renewal
7. Term. The license runs for 12 months from the purchase date.
8. Renewal. The license renews automatically each year for $497, and the card on file is charged on the renewal date. A reminder email is sent 30 days before each renewal. The Licensee may cancel renewal any time before the renewal date by emailing
[email protected].
9. What renewal includes. Continued portal access, updates to templates and scripts, and updated tool training when eSpeakers, SpeakerFlow, or Talkadot change their platforms.
10. If the license is not renewed. Portal access and updates end on the renewal date. The Licensee may keep using the versions of the Materials already downloaded, for their own speaking business only, under the same restrictions in Section 4. Updates, new templates, and updated tool training are available only with an active license.
Team changes, ownership, and enforcement
11. The license stays with the speaker. The license belongs to the Licensee, not to any assistant or team member. When an Authorized Team Member stops working for the Licensee, their right to use the Materials ends that day. They may not take, copy, or use the Materials for any other speaker or client. The Licensee is responsible for removing that person's portal access.
12. The Licensee is responsible for the team. Any sharing or misuse by an Authorized Team Member is treated as a breach by the Licensee.
13. Your content stays yours. Client names, event details, and information the Licensee adds to customized documents belong to the Licensee. The underlying templates, scripts, structure, and wording remain the Licensor's property.
14. Breach. If the Licensee or a team member breaks these terms, Licensor may end the license and portal access without refund and pursue any other remedies available under the law.
15. Not legal or tax advice. The contract, recording agreement, and other legal templates are starting points. The Licensee is responsible for having their own attorney review any contract before use. W9, ACH, and invoice templates are not tax or financial advice.
